The policies and guidelines presented here apply to all computing services
offering by the
Centre for Information Technology in Education (CITE)
. In this document, the term "user" refers to any person consuming resources
facilities. These facilities or services include portable computers usage
in laboratories, computer network access, file system storage on servers,
printing service and all software applications offered on different computer
